Job Summary
Physician Assistant (PA-C) sought to lead advanced wound care across post-acute facilities. Responsibilities include performing thorough wound evaluations, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and applying techniques such as debridement, dressing selection, infection management, and skin grafting. Collaborate with facility staff and care teams to ensure continuity of care and provide ongoing updates to optimize patient outcomes. Travel to multiple skilled nursing and post-acute facilities, delivering timely and effective care with professionalism and compassion. Requirements include a valid PA license (state-specific) and NCCPA board certification; wound-care certification (CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus; 1+ years in advanced wound care preferred; reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
