Job Summary
Physician Assistant or APRN needed for an ENT Urgent Care in the Tampa Bay area. Work alongside board-certified otolaryngologists in an ENT-focused urgent care with access to specialty diagnostics. Responsibilities include evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute ENT and allergy conditions across all ages; minor in-office procedures (suturing, I&D, splinting, wound care, foreign body removal); independent management of acute illnesses with attending physician support; and building strong patient relationships with an emphasis on continuity and quality outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Active FL license as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or APRN - board certified
- Strong procedural skills: suturing, wound care, I&D, splinting

- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient rapport
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings and weekends
