Job Summary
Physician Assistant sought for Walk In Care team at MaineHealth Waldo Hospital in Belfast, ME. This 32-hour-per-week role cares for patients of all ages with minor medical issues and injuries on a walk-in basis within a fast-paced, patient-centered team. The PA collaborates with Walk In Care teammates and Primary Care Providers; the facility is embedded in the Primary Care office on the Waldo campus. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, graduation from an accredited PA program, Maine PA license and DEA, and 2 years of PA experience; ACLS and PALS are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Graduate of an accredited Certified Physician Assistant program
- Maine PA License and DEA
- ACLS and PALS preferred
- 2 years' experience as a PA is required
