Collaborate with office staff and hospital leaders to develop efficient practices, foster a cohesive Thompson identity, and unify practice goals with health system objectives. Assess patient data to identify age-specific needs, interpret information for appropriate care, and maintain legible, comprehensive patient care records within one business day. Act in the best interest of the patient while guarding confidential information, exhibiting leadership skills, and receiving feedback from associates and families. Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure all professional licenses, registrations, and liability insurance are up to date.
