Job Summary
Conduct urgent care procedures for patients ranging from newborns to geriatric individuals in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. Manage shared call rotation with one shift per month and work flexible schedules from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week including holidays. Utilize prescriptive authority and DEA certification to deliver high-quality, patient-centric care supported by medical assistants and a network of specialists. Leverage additional patient care incentives to boost earnings while contributing to Banner Urgent Care's integrated health system model that embraces innovation and telehealth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of urgent care or procedures experience
- Family Nurse Practitioner designation with active AZ license
- DEA with prescriptive authority
- National Certification
- BLS
- Recent experience with all ages (newborn to geriatric)
- Proficiency in urgent care procedures
- Ability and desire to thrive in a patient-centric environment
- Must be available for shared call one shift a month
- Clinic Hours: Open 7 days a week, including holidays | 8am to 8pm
