Job Summary
Urgent Care Physician Assistant needed to join a full-time clinical team in South Texas. Responsibilities include suturing and laceration repair, casting and minor orthopedic care, X-ray interpretation, general urgent care treatment, and occupational medicine services. Work in a fast-paced Urgent Care setting with ~3-5 patients/hour. EMR: DocuTap. Compensation includes base salary ($110k-$130k) with production-based bonuses; W2 with a 2-year contract; 40-hour weeks and flexible scheduling; benefits include employer-paid medical/dental/vision, malpractice insurance, PTO after 6 months, and 401(k) planning. Requires PA education from a PAEA-accredited program and active BLS/ACLS/PALS credentials; Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a PAEA-accredited program
- Experience performing basic urgent care procedures
- Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Texas medical license required or eligibility to obtain
