Job Summary
Physician Assistant needed at UNC Family Medicine and Pediatrics at Holly Springs. The role involves providing comprehensive family medicine and pediatric care including adolescent health, diabetes education, immunizations, in-office procedures, chronic disease management, nutrition counseling, pediatrics, women's health, physicals, and preventive medicine. Partner with the care team to deliver high-quality care, maintain accurate medical records for billing, and support patient education and autonomy in clinical practice. Requires completion of an accredited PA program, NC licensure, and board certification if required; 2+ years of experience preferred. Schedule is full-time, daytime hours.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina
- Board certification if required by the Department
- Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (PA) program
- Licensed in North Carolina
- 2-plus years of experience
- Demonstrated clinical competency
- Effective leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing
Desired Qualifications
