Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations, perform focused physical examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing while managing post-procedure follow-up and ongoing patient care. Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes within a fast-paced outpatient environment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development while working closely with medical assistants and administrative staff. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities at Valley locations including Scottsdale, Central Phoenix, and Peoria. Compensation ranges from $65–70/hour with eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum two years of clinical experience
- Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in vascular medicine, pain management, orthopedics, interventional radiology, family medicine, urgent care, PM&R, or other outpatient specialties
- Comfortable working with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus)
