Physician Assistant Trauma Surgery

As a Trauma Physician Assistant in a Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center, you will be a vital member of a fast-paced team, performing comprehensive trauma assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, and collaborating directly with supervising trauma surgeons on treatment plans. You will perform advanced procedural skills in trauma care, drive coordinated care through daily rounds, mentor and lead other PAs and precept students, and treat adults and pediatric patients. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of PA experience in trauma or emergency medicine, NJ PA licensure, NCCPA certification, and BLS; ACLS is preferred. Schedule is full-time with rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays, at Hackensack Meridian Health’s Level I Trauma Center in Neptune, NJ.
