Physician Assistant – Spine Surgery

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning for spine patients in the office, including interpretation of advanced imaging and high-level patient education. Provide first-assist responsibilities in complex spinal procedures such as discectomy, disc replacement, fusion, and instrumentation, while participating in technologically advanced surgeries utilizing robotics, augmented reality, and AI. Manage medication with evidence-based prescribing, coordinate daily follow-ups, and deliver preventative care related to musculoskeletal health and osteorosis. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team spanning spine surgery, regenerative medicine, physiatry, and anesthesia pain management. This role offers elite clinical exposure and academic advancement opportunities within a concierge, out-of-network model in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- NCCPA certification
- Active Virginia PA license (or eligibility)
