Job Summary
Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) in Alaska providing direct clinical care in a Southcentral Foundation OBGYN specialty setting. Requires Alaska PA-C licensure with an active collaborative agreement, NCCPA certification, and BLS; additional certifications (ACLS/NRP/ATLS/ ALSO/PALS) as the specialty requires. Two years of women's health experience (prenatal and gynecology) are preferred. Alaska Native/American Indian preference in hiring; compliance with employee health immunization requirements prior to starting. On-site in Anchorage, AK.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) in the State of Alaska
- Active Collaborative Agreement
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO and PALS as required for specialty and any certification relating to the scope of practice as required
- Two (2) years of clinical experience providing women's health with prenatal care and gynecology office visits
- Alaska Native/American Indian Preference in Employment
- Compliance with Employee Health Requirements (immunizations prior to first day)
