Physician Assistant Specialty

Physician Assistant with 1-2 years hematology-oncology or inpatient experience; manages select visits including iron deficiency follow-ups, chemotherapy education, post-chemotherapy follow-ups, breast cancer survivorship (6-month medication management), and biologic therapy patients. Performs medication management, narcotic prescribing by guidelines, EMR in-basket coordination (labs, results, refills), and care coordination with physicians; provides provider coverage during physician absence; collaborates with care teams to ensure continuity of care. Flexible full-time schedule across Munster and Dyer locations with an emphasis on clinical excellence and patient experience.
