Job Summary
Part-time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to perform in-home health evaluations across Augusta, ME and Jacksonville, FL with ~40 hours/week; duties include medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the health plan, additional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, eye exams). Use of an iPad and clinical workflow; no prescribing, no lab orders, and no alterations to current treatment. Travel locally within licensed states; virtual visits as needed; provide Diagnostic & Preventive Services as indicated.
