Physician Assistant

Part-time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide in-home health evaluations, traveling locally to assess patients in their homes. Responsibilities include medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and potential diagnostic tests at the health plan’s direction. Use of an iPad and clinical workflow; no prescribing, labs, or treatment plan alterations required. Engage with health plan members to connect them with appropriate care through home visits, with virtual visits as needed. Primary locations include Augusta, ME, with regional travel within licensed states; opportunity to work within a national network of clinicians focused on improving health outcomes.
