Job Summary
Conduct In-Home Health Evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and ordered diagnostic tests such as spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for each visit while engaging one-on-one with members in their private residences. Perform virtual visits as needed and provide comprehensive Diagnostic and Preventive Services products. Maintain flexibility to travel locally within licensed states and cover the Grand Junction MSA region. Work full-time hours with a weekly schedule of 40 hours.
