Physician Assistant

In-home clinical role performing 45-minute health evaluations for health plan members, including medical history review, physical examination, and optional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening) as ordered. Use an iPad to follow a clinical workflow; no requirement to prescribe medications, order labs, or alter current treatment. Travel locally within licensed states and conduct virtual visits as needed. Part-time clinician (PA or NP) with anticipated 29.5 hours weekly; benefits include malpractice insurance and comprehensive health/retirement options. Must hold active, unrestricted licensure and board certification; multi-state licenses preferred. The role is based in West Virginia with in-person visits to members’ homes. Pay ranges hourly; base compensation is provided, with pay range noted as $37.66–$81.11 per hour depending on factors such as experience and geography.
