Physician Assistant

Part-time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) sought to provide in-home health evaluations for plan members, delivering ~45-minute visits, coordinating with a national clinician network, and using an iPad-based workflow. Responsibilities include medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and, when ordered by the health plan, additional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, diabetic eye exams). The role involves traveling locally to assigned locations and conducting virtual visits as needed; the clinician will not be required to prescribe medications, order labs, or alter existing treatments. Requires active, unrestricted professional licenses in the relevant coverage areas, board certification, and preferred multi-state licenses. Primary locations include Augusta, ME, with additional possible site in Lebanon, NH. Anticipated weekly hours: 40.
