Physician Assistant

Part-time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care. You’ll join a national network of clinicians, conduct ~45-minute visits including medication and medical history review and physical evaluation, and perform additional diagnostic tests when ordered by the health plan. You’ll use an iPad with a clinical workflow, and prescribing/lab orders/ treatment changes are not required. Roles involve traveling locally within licensed states and conducting virtual visits as needed; responsibilities include connecting members to the right care and delivering diagnostic and preventive services (e.g., spirometry, bone density screening) as indicated. Primary locations include Augusta, ME and Memphis, TN.
