Job Summary
Part-time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide In-Home Health Evaluations for Signify Health. Visits last about 45 minutes and include medication/medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the health plan, additional diagnostic tests. Use an iPad and a streamlined clinical workflow; not required to prescribe or alter current treatment. Must be able to travel locally and within licensed states, with virtual visits as needed. Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (required)
- Multi-state licenses (preferred)
- Able to cover the following primary locations: Augusta, ME
- Anticipated Weekly Hours 40
- Time Type: Part time
- Pay Range: $37.66 - $81.11 (hourly)
