Physician Assistant

Part-time Clinician (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to provide in-home health evaluations across licensed states, delivering 45-minute visits that include medication/medical history review, a physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, bone density screening) as indicated. Roles involve traveling locally, conducting virtual visits as needed, using an iPad with an intuitive clinical workflow, and not prescribing medication or altering current treatment plans. Responsibilities include building trusted relationships to connect members with appropriate care, visiting people in their homes, and delivering Diagnostic & Preventive Services. Requires active clinical licensure, board certification, and willingness to travel within licensed states; positions located in Augusta, ME and Las Vegas, NV with in-person duties and part-time hours (anticipating 40 hours weekly).
