Job Summary
Part-time clinician role providing in-home health evaluations for Signify Health (CVS Health unit). Conduct 45-minute visits with medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, diabetic eye exams) using an iPad and clinical workflow. No prescribing or altering treatments. Travel locally to Augu sta, ME and Charlotte, NC as needed; virtual visits as required. Primary responsibilities include establishing trusted relationships, connecting members with right care, and delivering Diagnostic & Preventive Services. Must hold an active, unrestricted license with board certification; multi-state licenses preferred; roles include travel within licensed states and part-time benefits eligibility.
