Job Summary
Administer safe laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol while educating clients on removal processes and managing operational activities. Ensure compliance with safety standards, treatment guidelines, and client records through excellent customer service and realistic outcome communication. Collaborate with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators, perform light cleaning duties, and maintain up-to-date licensing credentials. This full-time role in Riverdale, MD, includes a Tuesday through Saturday schedule with no overnight shifts, plus benefits such as comprehensive training, paid holidays, and extensive medical coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered NP or PA license
- Reliable transportation to commute to your home studio and/or other designated locations, as needed
- Effective and client centric communication style
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Out of state travel for training may be required
- Must be able to sit for hour long increments
- Must be able to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively
- High level comfort with treating and interacting with the human body
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Strong wrist dexterity and strength with the ability to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
- Be able to visually assess the client's skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
- Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements
