Job Summary
Provides patient care under physician supervision in orthopedics; conducts comprehensive physical examinations and gathers medical data; orders and interprets diagnostic tests (x-ray, ECG, labs); performs injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, and infection management; develops and implements patient management plans and records progress notes; counsels patients on adherence to prescribed therapies, growth and development, family planning, and health maintenance; supports continuity of care and overall health education as part of the orthopedic team.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) in New Jersey
- Experience in orthopedic settings preferred
