Job Summary
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents in skilled nursing facilities. Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient delivery. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR systems. Work part-time with flexible scheduling designed to complement work-life balance, supported by an administrative team handling scheduling, billing, collections, and credentialing.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license as a Physician's Assistant (RPA-C)
- Clinical experience and knowledge of psychiatry/mental health
- Experience in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
