Job Summary
Physician Assistant in Post Acute Care at Endeavor Health providing comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and treatment under protocol for acute and chronic illness in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Works autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams to promote wellness, safety, and high-quality patient experience with no evenings or holidays (Full-Time, Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; potential weekend hours in the future). Requires IL PA licensure, Federal DEA and IL Controlled Substance License, Master's degree, and BLS/CPR certification; minimum 3 years PA experience with emphasis on advance directives and goals of care.
Required Qualifications
- License: Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required
- Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
- Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
- Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience: Minimum of three years Physician Assistant experience. Experience with advanced directive and goals of care.
