Job Summary
Physician Assistant in Post Acute Care working full-time in a skilled nursing facility setting in Louisville, KY. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive health assessments, establishing differential diagnoses, and prescribing treatments under protocol for acute and chronic illness; promoting wellness and preventive care; working autonomously and with interdisciplinary teams; and contributing to patient safety and high-quality experiences. Requires IL PA licensure, DEA, BLS/CPR, and a Master’s degree with at least three years of PA experience, including experience with advanced directives and goals of care.
Required Qualifications
- Physician Assistant (PA) licensure in the State of IL required
- Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
- Master's level program in specialty area required
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum of three years Physician Assistant experience required
- Experience with advanced directive and goals of care required
