Physician Assistant - Pain Management

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and manage acute and chronic pain conditions through detailed histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic test interpretation. Assist physicians in diagnosing disorders such as musculoskeletal pain, neuropathic pain, and spine-related issues while developing individualized treatment plans and managing medication responses. Provide pre- and post-procedure care for interventional treatments, educate patients on non-pharmacologic strategies, and coordinate care with specialists. Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives. This full-time role in Bronx, New York, supports the network's mission of improving patient outcomes through integrated care and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification
- Active or eligible Physician Assistant license in New York
- DEA registration (or eligibility)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, or internal medicine
