Job Summary
Rotate through inpatient settings including Medical-Surgical Units, Intermediate Care, Addiction Medicine, Admitting Services, and Complex Care while providing night coverage. Deliver hands-on clinical care to a diverse, medically complex patient population alongside experienced physicians and APPs. Complete structured education via weekly didactics, monthly grand rounds, simulation labs, and case-based learning to develop clinical judgment. Begin the program in Winter 2027 following an interview and shadow experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current or anticipated PA-C certification
- Eligible for or currently licensed as a PA in Maryland
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical reasoning skills
