Job Summary
PA in Family Practice located in Madera County, CA. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with an outpatient setting providing care across health screenings, immunizations, chronic disease management, acute care, physicals, and annual exams. The role includes health and nutrition education, phone triage on a rotational basis (approximately every 3–5 months), and participation in a comprehensive benefits package including CME allowance, loan repayment support, vacation and holiday accrual, and dedicated credentialing/onboarding support from Opportunity Healthcare.
