Job Summary
Physician Assistant (PA) needed to join MaineHealth Cancer Care Network at Waldo Hospital in Belfast, ME. Provide oncology PA services within a clinic/office setting as part of a statewide cancer-care program, collaborating with the oncology team to support care for cancer patients, including patient assessments, treatment planning, and coordination of care. Requires completing an accredited PA program with a Master's degree, PA board certification, Maine and NH PA licensure or eligibility, and BCLS/ACLS. Minimum of 2 years oncology experience preferred. Relocation assistance, CME time and expense reimbursement, and malpractice coverage are included as part of the benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program, with a Master's Degree level of education
- Current Board Certification as a PA
- Active State of Maine and New Hampshire PA license or eligible
- Current BCLS & ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of oncology experience preferred
