Job Summary
Join Stoughton Health as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the Orthopedic Team on a Per-Diem basis. Responsibilities include supporting surgeons in the operating room, providing comprehensive post-operative care and education to patients, and assisting with hospital rounds and ambulatory clinic visits. The ideal candidate must demonstrate multitasking abilities and flexibility, with at least two years of relevant experience and current licenses and certifications. Basic EPIC EHR and Microsoft Office skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program
- Currently licensed by the Board of Licensing and Regulation in the State of Wisconsin
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants as a Physician Assistant
- Current certification with the Drug Enforcement Administration
- Current BLS certification at hire or within 90 days of hire
- Requires two years of relevant experience
