Job Summary
Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) providing Women’s Health care in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, physical exams, and histories; ordering/interpreting labs and diagnostics; prescribing and managing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and related treatments; overseeing IV therapy and blood draws; delivering preventive care and concierge medicine services (Pap smears, birth control management, STI testing, UTI treatment, lab work); educating patients on hormone health, nutrition, and wellness; coordinating with medical leadership to ensure high-quality care. Flexible Monday–Friday schedule, 30 hours per week, on-site in Ogden, UT; no nights or weekends. Active NP/PA license required; 1 year clinical experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred; women’s health or primary care background a plus)
- Experience ordering and interpreting labs, prescribing medications, and documenting in EMR systems
- Commitment to patient-centered, preventive healthcare
