Physician Assistant Orthopedics

Physician Assistant in Orthopedics providing patient services under physician supervision. Responsibilities include taking patient histories, performing physical examinations, administering injections and immunizations, suturing minor wounds and assisting in surgery, applying/removing casts and traction, ordering/interpretation of diagnostics (X-rays, EKGs, labs), and collaborating across departments to ensure continuity of care. Requires adherence to ICA statutes and OSHA guidelines, staying current with clinical practices, and maintaining licensure and certifications. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
