Job Summary
Clinic-based Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant role serving Sun City West and Peoria clinics. Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with potential practice call and hospital call; occasional first assist opportunities; injections training provided. Works alongside Orthopedic Surgeons and APPs in a collaborative team. Requires board certification as a PA, Arizona licensure or eligibility, current prescribing privileges including DEA license for controlled substances, and BLS/ACLS certification. Orthopedic generalist/trauma experience preferred; new grads with orthopedic skills will be considered; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, PTO, career advancement, and wellness support. Required Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Physician Assistant
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona
- Current prescribing privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances
- BLS & ACLS certification
- Injection training provided
- Clinic-based position with occasional first assist opportunities
- Experience with orthopedic generalist/trauma preferred but new grads with orthopedic skills considered
