Job Summary
Provide immediate orthopedic care for acute cases in a fast-paced clinic, collaborating with Orthopedic Surgeons in a Same Day Access setting. Clinic-based role with potential first assist opportunities; no on-call requirement. Must be a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with RNFA, licensed or eligible to practice in Arizona, and possess prescribing privileges (DEA). Also require fracture care experience, BLS and ACLS certification. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center/Highland TOCA locations, with responsibilities including team collaboration and a focus on efficient, quality orthopedic care.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Physician Assistant (RNFA certificate at time of application)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona
- Current prescribing privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances
- Fracture care experience desired
- Current BLS & ACLS certification
