Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner sought to provide direct patient care at a Denver hormone replacement and wellness clinic. Responsibilities include performing full evaluations to address root causes of hormone-related and wellness conditions, using established treatment protocols, collaborating with clinic leadership to ensure clinical and operational success, supporting programs such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetic services, and delivering clear patient education on treatment plans. Requires Colorado-licensed PA or APRN and current DEA registration; minimum 1 year of clinical practice; availability includes two Saturdays per month with incentive pay. Average ~40–41 hours/week with 2 weeks of paid training. Base salary $125,000 with Saturday incentive pay ($10,400 annually) for total $135,400.”,
