PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT OR NURSE PRACTITIONER (PA OR NP) - NORTHWEST URGENT CARE

Northwest Specialty Hospital seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Urgent Care Clinic. Responsibilities include administering care under the supervising physician, examining and diagnosing patients, interpreting tests and medical records, assessing clinical problems, providing consultations with doctors and specialists, determining interventions and procedures, assisting with bone-health management, prescribing drugs and other treatments, establishing a care plan, handling after-hours calls and occasional hospital admissions or consultations, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary health team to deliver outpatient care. Required qualifications: Idaho state licensure, Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited medical or nursing program, BLS certification, ACLS eligibility, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with Joint Commission readiness; Spine and/or Pain Management experience is preferred.
