Job Summary
Assess patient health, perform physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and administer diagnostic tests while interpreting results. Deliver safe, effective care by performing therapeutic procedures including injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound management. Complete accurate documentation in the EMR and communicate effectively with the care team and patients. Travel between urgent care locations in Bellingham, Lynden, and Mount Vernon to provide weekend coverage of approximately 20 hours per week. Join a locally owned, physician-run network focused on building long-term relationships with patients and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited ARNP or PA-C program
- Experience in Family Medicine
- Current Washington State ARNP or PA-C license
- BLS certification
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger coordination, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen attentively
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Meeting immunization standards in accordance with federal, state, and organizational health and safety guidelines
