Job Summary
Conduct patient exams, evaluate medical histories, and formulate diagnosis and treatment plans. Perform trigger point and joint injections, manage IVs, and provide functional medicine and neuropathy care. Order and review tests and labs, then document progress notes. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and educate patients on rehab and modalities. Work Monday through Friday with Friday hours ending at 12, with no call schedule. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- PA/NP license in WA
