Job Summary
Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner sought for full-time, split-role pediatric APP at CCP Greensburg with Pediatric Express Care involvement. 36 hours weekly (0.9 FTE) across CCP Greensburg and Express Care locations, plus occasional cross-coverage at Monroeville. Provide outpatient pediatric care (infants–adolescents), including well, sick, preventive, and acute visits; deliver urgent/express care; educate families; collaborate with pediatricians and care teams; foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment; demonstrate strong clinical judgment and adaptable, teamwork-oriented care in a fast-paced pediatric setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania RN license and CRNP certification (for CRNP/NP path) OR NCCPA certification and PA license (for PA path)
- Completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program (CRNP) or ARC-PA–accredited Physician Assistant program (PA)
- BSN required; MSN preferred (CRNP path) or Bachelor's or Master’s degree (PA path)
- Active CPR certification
- Pennsylvania Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 clearances (as applicable)
- National certification and eligibility for licensure/credentialing by PA or CRNP board
- Senior Advanced Practice Provider status considerations require minimum 3 years APP experience or completion of a post-graduate residency
- ACLS, ITLS, NALS, PALS, or other AHA-standard certifications within 30 days of hire (where applicable)
