Job Summary
Provide patient consultations and follow-up evaluations in an interventional pain management practice. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; assist with pain management and medication management; coordinate care with physicians and healthcare providers; educate patients regarding treatment options and recovery plans; build relationships with referral sources and community providers; deliver compassionate, patient-focused care. Requirements include an active Maryland PA or NP license, graduation from an accredited PA/NP program, and at least 1 year of independent clinical experience in private practice; experience in pain management, orthopedic, PM&R, or related fields is preferred. Located in Central Maryland with offices in Baltimore County/Anne Arundel County; compensation includes base salary plus bonuses totaling $155K–$180K+ along with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Maryland PA or NP license
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in private practice seeing patients independently
- Pain management, orthopedic, PM&R, or related experience preferred
- Must live within reasonable commuting distance to Central Maryland offices
