Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Baltimore MD

Perform patient consultations, follow-up evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for interventional pain management. Assist with pain and medication management while coordinating care with physicians and educating patients on recovery options. Build relationships with referral sources and deliver compassionate, patient-focused care within a collaborative team environment. Base salary is $135K plus bonuses, totaling $155K–$180K, with four weeks PTO and CME allowance. Requires an active Maryland license, accredited program graduation, and minimum one year of independent clinical experience. Pain management, orthopedic, or PM&R experience is preferred. Must reside within reasonable commuting distance to Central Maryland offices.
