Job Summary
Physician Assistant openings across the Emergency Department, nine Primary Care Facilities, and the Hospitalist department within Berkshire Health Systems in Berkshire County, MA. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients in ED and primary care settings, performing procedures (suturing, splinting, wound care), documenting care, developing treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team, educating patients on preventive care, and coordinating patient care across facilities. Requires current MA PA licensure and PA certification (family physician PA preferred); strong clinical/surgical skills and ability to work autonomously and within a team; competitive benefits and sign-on bonus are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted licensure as a Physician Assistant in Massachusetts
- Certification as a Family Physician Assistant (specialty-specific certification preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team-based healthcare setting
