Job Summary
Physician Assistant – Observation Unit in the Emergency Department at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC), Fresno, CA. Full-time role supporting the observation unit with urgent medical needs after ED evaluation, performing focused history and physicals, ordering medications, labs, EKGs, and other diagnostic studies, and coordinating patient care with specialties. Preferred candidates have ED/urgent care, hospital medicine, or critical care experience; new graduates considered. 24/7 on-site physician supervision, with a full panel of specialists available. Competitive base compensation ($700 per 10-hour shift; 1.0 FTE ~16 shifts/month), comprehensive benefits including 401k match, paid time off, malpractice, and CME allowance. Location: Fresno, CA.
