Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner- Women's Health

Women’s Health Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner needed to join a well-established women’s health practice in the Victorville/Apple Valley area. Responsibilities include clinic duties, follow-up, and care for established patients, with an average of 20 patients per 8-hour day. Focus areas include acute injury and illness complaints as well as preventive medicine. The role requires NCCPA certification, a Master's degree, active PA license, DEA license, and active certification as an Adult NP. Work schedule is Monday through Friday with an optional four-day workweek, 8-hour days, no call, and no weekends. Competitive compensation of 115-145k plus annual bonus, along with full benefits (401k with match, PTO/Holidays, LTD, health/vision/dental, malpractice coverage).
