Provide on-site medical care to the inmate population at Sullivan County Jail in Monticello, NY as a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The role blends primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, and addiction medicine in a correctional-healthcare setting, requiring board-certified NP or PA, NY licensure, DEA license, and active BLS. The position is 8 hours per week (one day on Monday or Tuesday), with company-paid malpractice tail coverage, PTO/Sick Leave, annual licensure reimbursement, and unlimited company-paid CME technology.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Board Certified
- Licensed to practice Medicine in New York
- DEA license
- Maintain active BLS (CPR) certification
- Maintain current Driver’s License
