Job Summary
Interventional Pain Management Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Santa Rosa, CA. Responsibilities include clinic, follow-up with established patients, inpatient and outpatient treatment planning, small office procedures such as trigger point injections, and support of a growing pain management practice. Requires NCCPA certification, Master’s degree, active PA license, active adult NP certification/license, DEA license, and prior PA/NP experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour days, no on-call or weekends. Benefits include 401k with match, PTO/Holidays, LTD, health/vision/dental insurance, malpractice coverage, and full benefits. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
- NCCPA certified
- Master Degree
- Active Physician Assistant License
- Active Certification as an Adult NP and Licensed
- Experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
- Hold DEA license
