Job Summary
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner needed to support Appleton Clinic and nearby Green Bay/Plover clinics. Provide patient-centered medical care under physician supervision, conduct evaluations, perform in-office procedures as needed, educate patients, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver root-cause solutions. Requires graduation from an accredited PA or NP program with board certification in family or adult care, at least 3 years of experience, Wisconsin licensure, and a valid driver’s license. Work schedule ranges 24-40 hours weekly with open consideration for part-time or full-time. Opportunities to assist in multiple Wisconsin clinics and contribute to ENT-related care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program with board certification in family or adult care
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Current Wisconsin licensure
- A valid driver's license
- Exceptional multitasking and collaboration abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Interest in ENT services and procedures
