Job Summary
Physician Assistant for Neurology ICU/Step-Down Unit at NYP Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Full-time night shifts (3 x 12.5-hour shifts) with rotating weekends/holidays. Work alongside neurointensivists, neurosurgeons, and neurologists to care for patients across the Neuro ICU, Neurology floor, and step-down units. Involves managing patients with severe neurological illnesses (e.g., SAH, ICH, stroke, meningitis, status epilepticus) and enhancing neurological assessment and management. Preferred: inpatient medicine experience; NYS licensure; NCCPA certification. Education requirement: Bachelor's or Master's degree in PA studies. All roles require on-site presence within commuting distance to NYP.
