Job Summary
Physician Assistant position in Neurology based in Bronx, NY. Responsibilities include interviewing, examining, and diagnosing patients’ injuries and illnesses; ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests; prescribing medications and advising on lifestyle changes; stitching wounds, assisting in surgeries, and administering immunizations; reviewing and maintaining patient histories and records; providing insurance documentation; educating patients and families; staying current with treatments and trends in neurology; and conducting outreach, house calls, and nursing-home visits. Requires an active NY State license and board certification, with at least 6 months of neurology PA experience. Visa sponsorship opportunities available; flexible schedules with option for full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week).
